Adam Zbiciak is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a well-rounded background in brokerage, valuation, and capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in structuring and advising on commercial finance transactions totaling more than $2 billion in aggregate value, spanning a wide range of asset classes and deal types.

He holds multiple active licenses, including:

Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and currently leads AZVIA from San Diego, California. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, playing sports, and taking long walks along the beach.

Danny Ray Wooten

Chief Administrator

Danny Ray Wooten has extensive experience in finance, loan origination, and politics. For over three decades, he has been a leader at the national and state levels in promoting financial literacy through education and mentorship. His vast knowledge of the tax system and how to leverage and manage debt and credit, to include private and commercial loans and mortgages, was a key plank in his political endeavors. Danny has led 100 plus campaigns across the entire political spectrum, including running for office himself. He has worked extensively in the private and commercial real estate industry, serving as a broker, loan originator, account executive, and chief executive.

Braden Roskam

Braden Roskam is a finance graduate from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He brings a strong foundation in both finance and marketing, paired with a deep commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate financing. His work with nonprofits and his local church shaped his belief in using financial tools to drive real-world impact. At AZVIA, Braden focuses on building lasting relationships, streamlining the lending process, and delivering strategic solutions that empower both investors and communities. AJ Mitchell

Aljumal (AJ) Mitchell grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and developed a passion for real estate after graduating from Temple University.  Launching his career through the Mike Dunphy Real Estate apprenticeship program in North East Philly, AJ fixed and developed his first property at the age of 21.  The rest is history!  To date he has renovated and flipped over 150 single family homes and sold over 75 commercial properties.  Having deepened his professional skills by working in the mortgage banking business for over eight years, he offers his clients a thorough and extensive background in both residential and commercial finance.  Always community minded and eager to help others succeed, AJ has regularly volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, helping rebuild distressed properties for individuals and families.  With his service-minded and client-focused professionalism coupled with vast experience in the commercial real estate and business field, AJ is looking forward to helping you achieve your goals and build your future

Terence is a dynamic leader and polished professional, dedicated to top performance.  Having earned a BA and MS in Finance from George Washington University and an MA in Applied economics from American University, he is recognized for his entrepreneurship, innovativeness, and creative approaches to business opportunities. He entered the real estate business in 1997 as a subprime lending professional and has since accumulated over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry.  Whether as a Wholesale Account Executive, Area Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and ALT A Wholesale Correspondent Account Executive with the nation’s fifth largest subprime lender, he has a demonstrated track record of building and maintaining lasting relationships.  Eager to serve all his clients, one of Terrence’s greatest joys is helping minority buyers and investors achieve their dreams in the real estate markets. He is now bringing his vast pool of knowledge and unstinting passion and record of excellence to the commercial real estate market to serve you!
